Squadpilot offers various subscription plans tailored to meet different needs, from free basic plans to premium tiers with advanced features. By subscribing to a premium plan, you agree to the pricing and payment terms displayed on our pricing page. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
Payments for Squadpilot are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Squadpilot to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fees associated with your selected plan. If your payment method fails, your access to Squadpilot may be suspended or terminated.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Squadpilot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of Squadpilot will not exceed the amount you have paid to us over the past 12 months.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Squadpilot, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your misuse of Squadpilot or violation of these Terms.
